Sandalwood actress and Bharatanatyam dancer Bhavana Ramanna has revealed the news of becoming a mother at the age of 40. Bhavana, who is now 6 months pregnant through the IVF method, is doubly happy to be a mother to twins.
Speaking to the media, Bhavana said, "Till now, I never wanted to be a mother. But recently the desire to be a mother had grown. I am happy to be pregnant now. I am waiting for the children to come."
At the same time, as rumours about Bhavana's marriage and love life have been put to rest, her decision to become a single mother has been appreciated everywhere.
Bhavana, who started her career in Tulu cinema, has won three state awards for her performances in several films like 'Chandramukhi Pranasakhi', 'Nee Mudida Kshama', 'Bhagirathi', 'Mallige' etc. Bhavana Ramanna – More than an actress, a role model for a modern woman who is now a mother!
