Actress Sangeeta Bhatt and husband Sudarshan Rangaprasad, who have made their mark in Sandalwood, have opened up about their personal lives. The couple shared their decision in front of the media at the trailer launch event of Kamal Sridevi's film recently.

Sangeeta Bhatt and Sudarshan have decided not to have children and revealed the reason behind it. "Having children is a huge responsibility. We don't want that responsibility. People can say whatever they want, but it's our decision," Bhatt said.

"Due to some incidents in our lives, I felt that we can't bring another life into this universe. That's one of the reasons. We want to live our own way," the actress said.

The couple shared another important reason. "Raising a child is not an easy thing these days. It is very expensive. To give a child a good life, we have to sacrifice many of the comforts of our life. We don't want that roller coaster ride. Instead, we want to travel, act in good films, accept new roles, that is what we want," said Sangeeta Bhatt.

They don't worry about society's words. "It doesn't matter if people abuse us. Five fingers are not equal. Everyone's thinking is different. This is our choice. We don't have children," Sangeeta and Sudarshan said.
