Rashmika Mandanna faces criticism again: For controversial statement about Kodava community

Bollywood and South Indian actress Rashmika Mandanna has once again come under fire on social media for her new statement referring to the Kodava community. "I am the only one from the Kodava community who came to the film industry," he said in the interview.
In this statement, Rashmika said that no one from her community has come to the film industry and it appears that several Kodava artistes, including veteran actress Prema, have been ignored. Prema, Harshika Poonacha, Krishi Thapada, Nidhi Subbaiah, Daisy Bopanna and Shweta Changappa are the proud stars of the Kodava community.
Rashmika, who was earlier criticised for her controversial remarks on Kannada culture and language, has once again expressed her displeasure over her remarks without knowing the history of artists from her community. People took to social media to advise Rashmika to stay away from such statements and respect the stars of her community.
