‘Eega’ is my best movie: Sudeep’s film is S.S. Rajamouli’s best pick

One of the top directors of Indian cinema, S.S. Rajamouli all the films directed by Rajamouli have been blockbusters. But when asked which is his favourite film, he gave a surprising reply to many people. Not 'Baahubali' or 'RRR', his favourite film is – 'Eega'.

He said this at the pre-release event of Jr NTR's new film. "Now is my best film," rajamouli said. The film starred Nani, Samantha and Sudeep in lead roles. Interestingly, a fly character was also the focal point of the film!

With a unique story, emotional narration and grand graphics, the film caught the attention of the masses despite not having a mass element. Rajamouli's comments on 'Eega', his priority among blockbuster films, has given a new perspective to the theatre goers.

Now she is busy with an action thriller starring Mahesh Babu. Priyanka Chopra, who plays the female lead in the film, and Kenya, the shooting location, are also creating a lot of curiosity for the film. The film is expected to release in 2026.
