Social media controversy: Sumalatha Ambareesh's advice to Darshan fans

Actress and former MP Sumalatha Ambareesh has reacted to the case of sending obscene and derogatory messages to actress Ramya on social media. An FIR has been registered against more than 30 Instagram accounts in this connection.
Speaking to reporters, Sumalatha said, "It is not right to make bad comments on girls. I hope the police investigate and take legal action against the wrongdoers."
"It is not yet clear whether there is any truth that this was done by Darshan fans. However, if the fans themselves have done this, please focus on your future. Don't ruin your life with such posts."
