Dr. Rajkumar and Puneeth Rajkumar starrer 'Bhakta Prahlada' is one of the best films in Kannada. An animation film is all set to tell the story of Bhakta Prahlada and Narasimhaavatara to the next generation. The name of the film is 'Mahaavatara Narasimha'. The trailer of the film has already won the hearts of film lovers. The film will be released in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam languages on July 25. In Kannada, the film is being released across the state along with the dedication of hombale films, a prestigious film production house.

Speaking at a press conference on Tuesday evening, the film's director Ashwin Kumar said, "In 2018, we had a discussion with our friends about Bhakta Prahlada. Since then, many films and puranas have been read and scripted to make a film on Narasimha Swamy, including the Kannada film 'Bhakta Prahlada'. Our team has worked hard for five years for this 'Mahaavatara Narasimha'. Mainly we have made this film based on the film 'Bhakta Prahlada'. Making a full-fledged animation film is not an easy task. There were a lot of technical issues and we made this film in four-and-a-half years. We are planning to make 'Mahaavatara Parashurama' as a sequel to this series."

The film is produced by Ashwin Kumar's wife Shilpa Dhawan. "We are releasing the film with the blessings of Hombale Films," he said, adding, "I am very happy to have joined hands with Hombale. This is our first film of production. We will be doing more films from our Kleem Productions. We have made this film through the best animation technology. This is not a dubbed film but a Kannada film."

Speaking on behalf of Hombale Films, Adarsh said, "Our team has seen the film and we are dedicating the film. We are planning to release the film in more than 100 theatres across the state."
