Hamsalekha, the legendary music director of Kannada cinema, will be composing music for Omprakash Rao's films "Phoenix" and "Guerrilla War". This is the 49th and 50th films directed by Omprakash Rao.
Hamsalekha's contribution to the field of music in Kannada cinema is immense. They are equal to them. It was Guru Hamsalekha who gave super hit songs to more than one super hit film like "Lock Up Death", "Lion Mari", "AK 47", "Palegara" and so on. Director Omprakash Rao said, "I am very happy that Hamsalekha has agreed to compose music for my films "Phoenix" and "Guerrilla War".
Trisha Prakash is producing 'Phoenix' under the banner of Guru Chitralaya. Nimika Ratnakar, Bhaskar Shetty and others are in the cast. "Guerrilla War" is produced by Nayana Gowda under the banner of MR Talkies and has Mandya Loki in the lead and Nimika Ratnakar as the female lead. This is the 50th film directed by Omprakash Rao and will go on floors in August.
