Veteran actress B.Saroja Devi's the news of Saroja Devi's demise has plunged the entire film industry into a sea of mourning. Actor Arjun Sarja paid his last respects to Saroja Devi and spoke emotionally.
"B. Saroja Devi is the mother of Kannada cinema. His acting, personality, gentleness are all rare. Even though he had acted with a big star like Rajkumar, MGR, Sivaji Ganesan, NTR, he had a very simple personality."
Arjun Sarja also recalled his closeness with his family: "He used to call me 'son' when he came to our house. My mother's satisfaction was when I saw them."
Finally, "We will never forget the social service he did, his smile, the goodness of his heart. I can't see a woman like her again," Arjun Sarja said.
