Dr. Vishnuvardhan's 75th birthday celebration on a 2-acre plot next to Abhimana Studio

Kannada actor Vishnuvardhan is celebrating his 75th birthday in a grand manner. However, this time, as the celebrations were not allowed in the premises of the studio, the 2-acre plot adjacent to the studio was rented for a day.

Vishnu Sena Samithi president Veerakaputra Srinivas said, "It is painful for the fans to not be able to celebrate the festival in the studio. However, as an alternative, a mandap has been built on the adjacent site and all the events including puja, food donation, blood donation, registration have been arranged. It's the same kind of excitement that was happening in the studio."

Vishnuvardhan's devotee Kichcha Sudeep is planning to set up a 'Vishnu Darshana Kendra' on half an acre of land adjacent to Abhimana Studio. The blueprint is already ready and it will be officially released on September 18 at 4.30 pm at the Artists' Association.

Recently, Vishnuvardhan was posthumously conferred with the Karnataka Ratna Award, which has added to the excitement of the fans. Though it is painful that the pavilion built on his tomb has been demolished, fans are celebrating his birthday with the same enthusiasm at the adjacent site.

Veerakputra Srinivas and more than three hundred fans attended the event and paid tribute to their beloved actor. Though the celebration is not held in the studio, the celebration that is taking place next to it has once again shown how deep the loyalty and love of the fans is.
