Renuka Swamy murder case: Pavithra Gowda's bail plea dismissed

A lower court has dismissed the bail plea of Pavithra Gowda, the main accused in the Renuka Swamy murder case.
A total of seven accused, including Darshan and Pavithra Gowda, are already in judicial custody and are lodged in Parappana Agrahara jail in Bengaluru. Recently, Pavithra Gowda had moved an application seeking bail on the ground that Renuka Swamy had not died from her and that she should be outside the care of her daughter as she was a woman and a single mother.
However, the court rejected the petition without considering any reason. Thus, all the accused, including Pavithra Gowda, have to remain in judicial custody so that they can continue.
