Court grants temporary relief to Dhruva Sarja

Producer Raghavendra Hegde has filed a cheating case against popular Kannada actor Dhruva Sarja. The Bombay High Court has granted interim relief to Dhruva Sarja in the case filed in Mumbai.

Producer Raghavendra Hegde has alleged that Dhruva Sarja was paid Rs 3.10 crore in advance to make a film titled 'Soldier' in 2018. According to the complaint, Rs 3 crore was given to Dhruva Sarja in advance and Rs 28 lakh was given to the screenwriter and publicity. However, Raghavendra Hegde alleged that Dhruva Sarja, who had promised to do a film, did not get in touch with him and did not even give him film dates.

An FIR was registered against Dhruva Sarja at Amboli police station in Mumbai on the basis of the complaint. Dhruva Sarja's lawyer had approached the Bombay High Court. The High Court said, "This is not a criminal matter; The court said it was a civil dispute and asked the court not to file a chargesheet against Dhruva Sarja.

This means that Dhruva Sarja has escaped from police interrogation till the next hearing. Dhruva Sarja's close aides have denied the allegations. According to him, it is true that Raghavendra Hegde came to make a film in 2018. He wanted to make a film in Telugu and Tamil, but Dhruva Sarja insisted on making a film in Kannada.

Later, Raghavendra Hegde himself distanced himself. Now that the matter has come through the law, it will be answered through the court, he said. The case is yet to be finalised. The relief given by the High Court is only temporary. It will be interesting to see which direction the case will take during the next hearing.

This allegation against Dhruva Sarja and the High Court verdict has now caused a lot of debate in the Kannada film circle and fans.
