"I will not give up the land, I will fight a legal battle," - Balanna's daughter Geetha Bali bursts into tears

The abhiman studio controversy is now intensifying again due to the rules of the land sold in 2003, the intervention of the forest department and the response of Balanna's daughter Geetha Bali. The sentiments of Dr Vishnuvardhan's fans have once again been hurt in this tussle. Veteran actor Balakrishna had acquired 20 acres of land with the help of the government to build a studio in Bengaluru to help in the shooting of the film industry. But the government had laid down certain conditions while allotting the land.

The forest department has now decided to take back the land on the ground that those rules have been violated. I have written a letter to the district collector and ordered him to take action. Balanna's daughter Geetha Bali expressed her displeasure over the development. "When 10 acres of land was sold in 2003 itself, there was no violation of rules. Why is it being said that there is a violation only now? I am not ready to give up this land. I will fight a legal battle," he said.

Dr. Vishnuvardhan's fans were shocked when his samadhi was demolished. After that, fans were expecting at least the memorial of their favourite hero to be built on the site of Abhiman Studios. But now that dream has once again been shattered by the government order and the property dispute of the Balanna family.

Dr Vishnuvardhan's 75th birthday will be celebrated on September 18. He had a dream of laying the foundation stone and launching the construction of the memorial. But now that Balanna's daughter Geetha Bali has burst into flames, the fans' dream has become impossible again.

Geeta Bali has clearly stated: "I don't even care about the government's order. I will go to court. There is a mask of political influences behind this. I will expose that too," he said. The question now arises whether the Vishnuvardhan memorial will come up at Abhiman Studios, which fans had dreamt of, or will the land dispute create more confusion.
