Rachana Rai selected as the heroine in the movie 'The Devil' after auditioning twice

Many new faces appear in Sandalwood every year. However, Rachana Rai, who is making her debut as a heroine with 'The Devil' starring 'Challenging Star' Darshan, has already grabbed the attention of her fans. The story of how Rachana Rai, the beauty of the coastal region, got the opportunity to make her debut film is an interesting story. "I was selected only after auditioning twice. Since I didn't get much time before the shoot, I had to rehearse mostly on the set," he recalls.

"I didn't know the technical aspects of the film as I was a newcomer. So there was a little fear as well. But, Darshan sir helped me a lot. I got an opportunity to learn a lot from him," Rachana said. He also expressed his gratitude that director Milana Prakash has also worked hard to bring out the best acting he can.

The shooting of 'The Devil' took place in Udaipur and Rachana can't forget that experience. "It was challenging to shoot with make-up, costumes, but at the same time it was also amazing," she said. Though Rachana Rai will be seen in a homely look in the film, she says her role has a lot of importance. "Even though it is a Darshan film, there is a lot of scope for my characterisation," he said with a laugh. The songs and dances of the film will be a feast for Darshan fans. "I am not a professional dancer. But the dance i learnt during my free time was very useful in this film," rachana shared.

'The Devil' is currently in the post-production stage and Rachana Rai is eagerly waiting for the release of her first film. Hailing from the coast, he has started a new chapter in Sandalwood and is hoping to win the hearts of the audience.
