Grand Ganesh festival in JP Nagar: Traditional celebration by H.D. Kumaraswamy & Nikhil's family!

Jd(S) leader and Union Minister HD Kumaraswamy and his son Nikhil Kumaraswamy's family celebrated the Gowri-Ganesha festival in a grand manner at their residence in JP Nagar in Bengaluru. This time the joy of the festival extended from Delhi to Bengaluru. Though HD Kumaraswamy is staying in Delhi with his family for work, he came to Bengaluru specially for the Gowri-Ganesha festival and celebrated the festival with his family members.

The idols of Lord Ganesha and Gauri were installed in the house along with their family members. HD Kumaraswamy, his wife Anitha Kumaraswamy, son Nikhil, daughter-in-law Revathi and grandson Avyaan Dev participated in the celebrations.

Nikhil Kumaraswamy shared the photos of the festival on his social media and wrote:
"Vakratunda Mahakaya Koti Surya Samaprabha | nirvighnaM kuru mE deva sarva karyeshhu sarvadaa ||
Gowri Ganesha festival was celebrated with her family at her JP Nagar residence in Bengaluru.
It was prayed that Lord Ganesha, the remover of obstacles, would remove his obstacles and grant happiness, peace and tranquility."

Nikhil Kumaraswamy clicked a selfie with his wife Revathi. Photos of HD Kumaraswamy and Anitha Kumaraswamy offering prayers with devotion have gone viral. His son Avyaan Dev also shared the excitement with his family. The Kumaraswamy family, which had earlier celebrated Varamahalakshmi festival and Krishna Janmashtami in Delhi, celebrated ganapati festival in Bengaluru this time.

Nikhil Kumaraswamy and Revathi got married in 2020 and are the only son of Avyaan Dev. The Kumaraswamy family, which celebrates every festival with their families, celebrated it with devotion and grandeur this time too.
