After Bhargavi LLB, Gouthamii Jadav is stepping into the silver screen – which movie?

Actress Gautami Jadhav, who was a contestant in Bigg Boss Kannada season 11, is back in the film industry after a long time. She recently made a guest appearance in colors Kannada's 'Bhargavi LLB' and is now playing the female lead in the film 'Mangalapuram'.

Gautami, who plays the role of Sukanya in the film, says, "I am coming to the land of believers as an atheist's wife. I need the encouragement of all of you."

Rishi of 'Kavaludaari' fame is playing the lead role in the film along with Abhimanyu, son of veteran actor Kashinath, in the lead role. Ranjith Raj Suvarna, who has made a name for himself in Tulu cinema, is directing the film.

'Mangalapuram' is a murder mystery drama in which the story revolves around faith, superstition and miracles. The makers have already released the first look and it has grabbed everyone's attention. The film has been shot in and around Karkala, Thirthahalli, Madikeri and Bengaluru.

Gauthami's husband Abhishek Kasargod is handling the cinematography. Produced by Vidwan Prasanna Tantri Moodabidre and Ramprasad, the film marks his first production venture. The music is composed by Anoop Silin and the film is slated to hit the screens soon.
