Clarification given by HMT on tree cutting controversy of 'Toxic' movie HMT (Hindustan Machine Tools) has given a clarification in the wake of allegations that trees were cut during the shooting of Yash starrer 'Toxic'. The news is spreading that the team of Yash Cinema has put up the set in HMT space, and HMT has tweeted about this, "The space used for shooting the film is not our property, it is the property of Canara Bank." Forest Minister Ishwar Khandre also reacted to the issue and accused the HMT of letting his land on rent and allowing felling of trees. However, HMT has clarified that "no tree has been cut in our property". The big budget movie 'Toxic' is slated to release in April 2025 and it is now clear that a month's worth of shooting has already taken place at the location and the shooting has not taken place at the HMT location.
