D Gang is so serious that the state government's argument is shocking: Will Darshan's bail be cancelled in the Supreme Court?

The state government's written arguments in the Supreme Court seeking cancellation of the bail of actors Darshan Thoogudeep and Pavithra Gowda in connection with the Renuka Swamy murder case in Chitradurga have taken a new turn. These documents have come as a rude shock to the D gang. According to the highlights of the report submitted by the state government, there are a lot of serious allegations against Darshan:
Darshan's presence at the scene of abduction and murder: There is evidence that many people, including Darshan, were present at the spot when Renuka Swamy was abducted and murdered in a shed in Pattanagere. Supporting evidence of footwear and soil samples: The soil samples collected from the scene of the murder are from the footwear of Darshan and the other accused.
DNA evidence: Blood stains of Renuka Swamy were found on the clothes of the accused. Phone and electronic evidence: The government has also presented electronic and CDR evidence in connection with the case.
In the opinion of the state government, the high court has not considered these evidences properly. The government's objection is that it has conducted a 'mini-trial' at the stage of bail hearing. It has also been pointed out that Darshan's past criminal background and the incident where he had taken exemption from back pain and later attended the screening of the film.
The government has clearly mentioned that Pavithra Gowda is also the main accused in the case. The incident, which started with derogatory messages on Instagram and eventually went on to murder, has widely influenced the case from politics to the film industry.
At the same time, actress Ramya has come forward and filed a case against Darshan's fans for their indecent communication and many former Darshan's friends are now speaking in favour of Ramya. The fact that those who used to be "elder brother" and "son" are now standing away has had a direct impact on Darshan's image. But despite all these developments, it is a matter of discussion that Darshan has not said a word to his fans.
According to the written arguments of the government, the evidence against Darshan is of extreme seriousness. The big question now is what the Supreme Court verdict will be. This is the deciding moment for the future of the Sandalwood actor and fans and opponents are all waiting and biting.
