Suspense story web series 'Shodha' streaming from August 29th

Zee5 has created a platform for web series. Earlier, a mini-web series titled 'Ayyana Mane' was aired and was a hit. Now the web series titled 'Shodha' is ready for release. The trailer of the series has been highly appreciated. Search will start streaming on ZEE5 from The 29th of this month. A press conference was held at a private hotel in Bengaluru today.

Speaking on the occasion, Deepak Sriramulu, Business Head, ZEE5, said, "ZEE5 was earlier a single OTT platform. Now we have launched a special OTT for the language. Zee5 is now Kannada ZEE5. Now we have started a web series along with this. This is zee5's first attempt. We have started mini series and micro series. There is mini and mega series. Ayya's house is the first step in the mini-series. It has received an overwhelming response. The next step to this success is discovery. When the search was launched, KRG supported him. As a sequel, we have joined hands with several productions including PRK Productions and Tarun Sudheer Productions. The world of this series is different.

Karthik Gowda of KRG Studios said, "Pradeep came to Ayya's house success and asked if he had a web series ID. It should have fresh writing. Suhas had worked as a writer for the Hindi web series Farzi,
Family Man 2 and 3. They brought them. Sunil then came to Mysore. So he joined the team alone. We have done a web series with a lot of people. The trailer has received a good response. It will be streaming on ZEE5 on The 29th of this month.

Actor Pawan Kumar said, "We did the series in Hindi. When I wanted to do it in Kannada, I was rejected. I was happy to announce that I am doing a web series on ZEE5. He asked me if I would act in the search. When I heard the story I realised that I had a chance to play. Good stories can be told in web series. A lot of people wished directors and writers a big ZEE5 platform.

KRG Studios, which has been providing good films to Kannada cinema, has invested in 'Shodha'. The web series is directed by Sunil Mysore. Apart from directing, Pawan Kumar is also known for his acting career. Siri Ravikumar, Arun Sagar and Anusha Ranganath are in the cast. Saptami Gowda plays a special role.

The web series is written by Suhas Navaratna and is a six-episode suspense thriller. The web series 'Shodha' will be available for viewing on ZEE5 OTT from August 29.
