"Legal answer to fans' outrage - Rangayana Raghu's response to Vishnuvardhan memorial controversy"

The demolition of Vishnuvardhan's samadhi overnight has triggered outrage among fans across Karnataka. Several film personalities have expressed their opinion regarding the incident which has caused pain in the hearts of fans. Veteran actor Rangayana Raghu has given his clear opinion on the issue.
Fans wanted Vishnuvardhan's samadhi to remain in Abhiman Studios. But due to legal hurdles, the samadhi was shifted and a memorial was built in Mysore. Though fans expressed outrage over the recent removal of the tomb at Abhiman Studios, Rangayana Raghu said, "If it happened in the presence of police, it is as per law."
"Vishnu sir spent a lot of time with Bharathi ma'am. Bharathi had told madam what she should be like and what she should do. Bharathi ma'am and Anirudh have put in a lot of effort to save the sentiments of the fans. But when there is a legal hurdle, the right decision is to build a memorial in Mysore."
Rangayana Raghu clarified that it was not legally possible to save the samadhi at Abhiman Studio, which is balanna's place. "It is natural for fans to have a samadhi here. But everything has to be done according to the law," he said. He remembered the memorial in Mysuru as Chamundi Hill and opined that fans can visit there and pay their respects.
