The actor was spotted at Abhiman Studios in Bengaluru. Vishnuvardhan's grave was cleared overnight on Thursday night, triggering outrage among fans. Vishnuvardhan's son-in-law Anirudh has appealed to his fans not to speak against the family on the basis of untrue information.

According to Anirudh, he did not know that the site where the samadhi was built was controversial. "Kumaraswamy and Deve Gowda had respectfully suggested that the samadhi be constructed at Abhiman Studios. We had accepted it. Please don't listen to someone and speak against the family. If you need to say anything, please contact me directly," he said. He further added that it would be a good thing if the memorial is built in Bengaluru itself with the efforts of the fans. "We are ready to talk to the government if required. I have asked the government to honour not only Vishnuvardhan but also all artistes and confer 'Karnataka Ratna' on them," he said.

According to Anirudh, the government had sanctioned Rs 2 crore for the construction of the memorial in Bengaluru itself. But the land could not be purchased as it was in a court case. "The government could have taken over the abhiman studio land. But that did not happen. So we have decided to build a memorial in Mysuru," he said. Vishnuvardhan's wife Bharathi Vishnuvardhan expressed her grief over the incident. "Whoever behaves like this, let them be punished," he shared. "Though it was a private space, it was emotionally close to the minds of Kannadigas," Anirudh said.

Though the incident has caused pain among fans, the matter is expected to be resolved peacefully with Anirudh's appeal.
